Undergraduate Orientation

Kayleigh is a RUE student who plans to graduate in 2025. Before she came to Brown in Fall 2022, she was a professional ballet dancer for about ten years, traveling around the country, from Chicago to Seattle, to Montgomery AL, and most recently, Rochester NY. On campus, you can find her working as a research assistant in the FeldmanHall Lab (social and affective neuroscience), enjoying the adirondack chairs on the main green, studying in the Rock, or hanging out in the RUE lounge.

She is also on the RUSA (Resumed Undergraduate Student Association) board. In her free time, she loves taking neighborhood walks to admire beautiful old houses, playing disc golf, and baking. Her advice for new TRUE students is to “take advantage of all the amazing opportunities around you! But also try to work some downtime into your schedule, because even though the semesters fly by, you’re going to need it.”
