First Things First
Close the loop on your academic records.
First-year students: please ensure your counselor submits the Final School Report and Final Transcript by June 15, 2025. It is your responsibility to ensure this is completed by your counselor. For all matriculating students, these documents may be submitted to us through the Common Application, Scoir, or other applicable electronic delivery services or agencies.
Transfer, RUE, and Veteran students: please ensure that your final 2024-25 college transcript is submitted to Brown by June 15, 2025. For all matriculating students, these documents may be submitted to us through the Common Application, Scoir, or other applicable electronic delivery services or agencies.
- If you self-reported test scores, send your official scores. If you have not already done so, please contact the College Board, American College Testing Service, IELTS, and ETS for TOEFL to have your scores released and sent to Brown. Scores must be sent directly from these sources; we cannot accept score reports from you or your high school counselor.
- No deposit is required to hold your place in the class. Now that you have confirmed your place at Brown, please remember to notify other colleges to which you have been admitted that you don’t intend to enroll.
Set Up Your Brown Email Account
Beginning in early summer, the New Brunonians Team will email you regularly — only at your Brown account — with important information about course offerings and lotteries, academic advising and campus life. Please activate your Brown account as soon as possible. You will need your BrownID, which was sent to you via email following your enrollment. If you experience issues, call the IT Service Center at 401-863-4357 for assistance.
