Undergraduate Orientation

Hello! My name is Kloey and I'm originally from the Kansas City area. I came to Brown in the Fall of 2023 and I am concentrating in International and Public Affairs. Before Brown, I served in the US Army for four years and continue to serve in the Army Reserves. At Brown, I am the President of the Student Veterans Society and of Military Women at Brown. In my free time, I like to explore the Providence food scene and hang out with my friends.

Coming into a new environment can be scary, but know that the TRUE community will always be there for you. It is immensely helpful to have a group of people who have similar backgrounds and can understand your past experiences. I was so nervous about coming here and not knowing anybody, but the community welcomed me with open arms and I have felt right at home ever since -- I'm sure you will too.
