Undergraduate Orientation

My name is Shiela Phoha and I am from Syracuse, NY! I am concentrating in International and Public Affairs and History. Since coming to Brown, I have joined the club volleyball team, am a member of Delta Gamma, joined The Brown Daily Herald, and am a volunteer for BEAM, an after-school program for an elementary school in Providence. The absolute biggest piece of advice I could give for incoming TRUE students is to be outgoing and get as involved as you can! It can be tough at times, but it is completely worth it in the end.
