Undergraduate Orientation

Hi everyone! My name is Marisa, and I am a rising senior from North Kingstown, Rhode Island. I transferred to Brown from George Washington University, and I am concentrating in International and Public Affairs on the Policy and Governance track. Here at Brown I am involved with the Club Sailing Team, Journal of World Affairs, and Model United Nations Travel Team. My best piece of advice for incoming TRUE students would be to try new things and get involved! Don't be afraid to reach out to new people and try activities that you've never done before. It's a great way to make friends, and everyone on campus will be super supportive and excited that you're showing interest in their organizations!
