Undergraduate Orientation

Megna is a junior double concentrating in Health & Human Biology and Economics, with an interest in global health and public policy. She grew up in Bangalore and Singapore, and transferred into Brown in Fall 2022 from Yale-NUS College in Singapore. She is passionate about singing and dancing, and is on Brown's Hottest All-Gender A Capella Group "Harmonic Motion" and the South Asian Fusion Dance Team "Badmaash". She is also a tour guide, as of Fall 2023.

Megna is looking forward to getting to know all new TRUE students and guiding them through their transition into Brown. Her advice for incoming TRUE students is: “I encourage you to be patient with yourself as you begin to learn more about Brown and all it's resources. I highly recommend joining a club that brings you joy and being open to exploring events or activities that may be outside your comfort zone.”
