Undergraduate Orientation

My name is Phoebe and I'll be the Communications Coordinator for the TRUE program! I'm concentrating in Economics (Public Policy track) and East Asian studies and have done a little bit of everything! In the past, I have done work for Design for America, VISIONS AAPI Literary Magazine, and the Econ department (as a TA!). I also do photography for the Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship sometimes, and am an avid Yarn Club goer. Currently, I'm a graphic designer for Brown's LGBTQ Center, a Brown|RISD Figma Campus Leader, and do design for Fullstack@Brown. You might also catch me in an AVGE ensemble or two! My advice is to make use of all of Brown's resources - Brown is the one place where you can make anything you want to happen happen! Mainly, look into studying abroad (more achievable than you may think) and check out the SPRINT fellowships for doing internships abroad in the summer!
